If you forget your password, please click on the 'Forgot your Password?' link of the front of the directory or on the sponsor login page. The password recovery email will be sent to the email address provided from your Contact Information. The email will contain a link which will redirect the user to the 'Manage Account' section, where the password can be updated.
The 'View Favorites' link will redirect the user to a page which illustrates their favorite items. To add an item to your 'View Favorites' page, click the text 'Add to Favorites' on any item.

You have to import different files for each site. When you make an import, the items and categories will be imported into the selected site; the account will be imported to a general database, which means that the member can login using the account in all the sites. The locations will be imported and will appear for the selected site (in the import file, the locations columns must be filled out according the locations levels of the site).
After you add content such as a classified ad, an event or a listing you are considered a sponsor and that is the page you log into so you may easily manager your content. You can easily get to the Home page of the directory by clicking on the Back to Directory Home link. Thank you !
Twitter API works currently on Deals feature on eDirectory. After clicking on 'Redeem' button, the deal will be posted on user's Facebook account. If user has the Twitter account configured on his profile, it will be posted to user's Twitter also.
To allow your users to configure their Twitter account into /profile side, you need to configure into Site manager Settings > Twitter > Twitter Settings For Deals Feature the API and Secret Key.
Note: If you don't have it, you need to configure in http://dev.twitter.com/

If your CSV file comes from Export Section, these fields will be filled with the values in your eDirectory. If your data comes from other resource, you can fill the Legacy ID column with the ids from this system for future refference. Items with the same Listing ID/Event ID and Legacy ID can be update during the import if you choose this Setting on Import Settings and the Updated Date is higher than the actual value in the system.
1. If you have signed in with your Facebook or Google account, you would need to change your Facebook or Google Account password FIRST.
2. Sign into your account, Go to the 'Manage Account' section. You will see a bar that says 'Pubic Profile', 'Account Settings', 'Reviews' and 'Favorites'.
Choose 'Account Settings'. You will see your email address, and below that you need to type in your current password, below that type in what you want to be your new password, type in new password again. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on 'Submit' and your password is now changed.
3. Make sure you write down your new password somewhere.
4. If you forget your password in the future, you can request a link to re-set your password. Admin cannot send you your current password as we do not have access to that information.
